Romans 12:2

Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.

For positive mental health (transformation from the inside out), the Bible says to renew our minds. HOW do we renew our minds daily?

It's important to allow GOD to help us renew our minds! It's not something we can do on our own strength. So in the video below I share some thoughts on this idea of renewing our minds AND HOW we can tangibly do that...
